Anna Coker, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, will ask a series of questions about your life and DWI to determine how to best serve your needs and move forward with your life.

NPC offers the convenience of providing DWI Assessments online so you can complete your assessment from anywhere. If you are local, you may visit our office located at 1250 North Road St., Elizabeth City, NC 27909.

  •     A copy of Blood Alcohol Content (BAC)*
  •     A copy of the citation (the ticket)*
  •     A Driver's license or Identification card (if you have it)

*We will work with your lawyer to obtain these documents. If you don’t have a lawyer, you can call the Clerk of Court in the county where you were arrested and request the documents there. 

If you're convicted of a DWI, the State of North Carolina requires you to complete treatment. The assessment determines how many hours of treatment you will need. Treatment with NPC is conveniently offered online.
